The Great Hall has a non-exclusive policy for vendors other than catering. The Great Hall rental includes tables, chairs and a standard 24’x8′ riser. Linens for all tables are to be rented (including placement) by the lessee. The caterer chosen by the lessee must be from the approved catering list. A non refundable deposit equal to 1/2 of the estimate is due at the time of booking. Balance due must be paid 10 days prior to event. All candles must be LED, no open flames will be permitted.
